SIMPLE FISH TACOS

 

Spicy fish tacos are not only damn delicious, they’re good for the environment too – thanks to the choice of sustainably sourced fish. This recipe uses tilapia, but you can swap that for cod, haddock or plaice – sustainably-sourced, or farmed, of course! The creamy avocado mash and lime crema are absolute game-changers here, and this recipe is undoubtedly best cooked outdoors – chilled Good Things beer in hand. RECIPE VIA PLATED.

 

THAI PEANUT TOFU & SWEET POTATO BOWL

 

Tofu always gets a bad rep. TOMATO RICOTTA TART WITH ROASTED COD
